Coronavirus Outbreak
In the current coronavirus outbreak, practising self-isolation can be stressful. Dominant narratives of fear, worry, anxiety, etc are having a negative effect on people’s lives.
We are committed to walking alongside individuals and communities in discovering ideas of telling our stories in ways that make us stronger.
Defining Stories is providing office-based, phone and/or online services throughout the COVID-19 health crisis. We require all clients in self isolation to have their session via online video or phone. For in-office consultation, clients are asked to disinfect their hands on arrival and practice social distancing.

Fees
2020 Fee Schedule - all prices listed above are GST inclusive.
Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
